Workshops, Community Programme & Awards Gala Saturday, 3 October 2026 | ||
|---|---|---|
| Time | Speakers | Session Title |
| 10:00 – 11:00 | Workshop Leader Clara Soteras – Founder, PingCraft Collective | Interactive Workshop
Duration: 40 minutes Registration opens on 1 October and will be shared via email. How can brands and individuals build authority and relevance in an increasingly digital world? This interactive workshop explores the key principles behind building brand authority and digital relevance, from understanding the audience you want to influence and the territory you want to own, to turning real-world PR and marketing activity into measurable digital impact. Following a selection of case studies, participants will work in teams of 4–5. Each group will receive cards featuring different brands and PR/marketing actions and will develop a strategy designed to strengthen the assigned brand’s authority and relevance. Each team will then present and pitch its strategy to the group. Language: English |
| 11:00 – 11:40 | Workshop Leader Kaan Çağlayan – Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing & Marketplace at 3GEN Digital Growth Agency | Workshop
A practical workshop exploring how Google Ads Quality Score can impact campaign performance, based on a real-world case and firsthand experience. Kaan will walk through the actual campaign journey, key learnings, and actionable takeaways from the case. Meeting Point: TBA |
| 11:40 – 14:00 |
Lunch Break, Free Time & Community Activities
Take some time to relax, connect with other attendees and enjoy the hotel. Throughout the day, we will also be recording informal community interviews with attendees, volunteers and anyone who would like to take part and share their Search ’n Stuff experience, industry thoughts or community story. There may also be a few surprise community activities popping up throughout the day. 👀 | |
| 14:00 – 16:00 | Networking Activity |
Different Roles, Shared Challenges: A Cross-Industry Networking Exchange
A structured networking activity designed to mix perspectives, not business cards. Pick up the sticker that best represents you: Brand / In-house, Agency, Freelancer / Consultant or Tech / SaaS, and we’ll help create small groups bringing different sides of the industry together. Each group will have a relaxed spot around the garden by the beach (location to be shared on the 2nd October with a photo) and spend around 1-hour getting to know what the others are actually working on. Your conversation: · What are you working on right now? · What is one challenge you haven’t solved yet? · What might someone from a different side of the industry see that you’re missing? · Is there an introduction, idea, resource or experience you can share with each other? The aim is simple: different perspectives, useful conversation, and hopefully a connection worth continuing after Antalya. 📍 Meeting point: TBA on the 2nd October ⏱️ Duration: Approx. 1-hour 🌿 Groups can continue their conversation around the garden, beachside, poolside or other outdoor hotel areas. |
| 16:00 – 20:30 |
Dinner Break, Free Time & Community Interviews
Use the break to recharge before the Awards Gala Night. Our community interview recordings and informal activities may continue during this period for anyone who would like to get involved. If you were one of our Search ’n Stuff Antalya 2026 crowdfunding ticket holders, please join us at the Sunset Bar by the beach at 17:00 for a special thank-you gift and our crowdfunding supporters’ community photo. We’d love to celebrate and capture a little moment with the people who helped make this event possible. | |
