Dr. Didem Tufan holds a B.S. degree in Computer Education and Instructional Technology from the Middle East Technical University (METU), Turkey, and completed her M.Sc. degree in Educational Sciences from the same institution. Alongside her academic pursuits, she gained extensive experience in corporate e-learning and software projects as an instructional designer, project manager, and expert. Dr. Tufan obtained her Ph.D. from METU in 2016, focusing on online knowledge sharing and collaboration in networked learning environments within a corporate context, utilizing social network analysis.
