Why We’re Crowdfunding
Dear Search ’n Stuff friends, supporters, and Antalya lovers,
When we announced our 2026 London Conference, you were thrilled… but many of you also asked:
“Wait… Does that mean there won’t be an Antalya Conference next year?”
We heard you.
And the honest answer is: Antalya will happen only if you want it to.
As an independent community, we’ve built Search ’n Stuff without any corporate backing.
Each edition was made possible through community collaboration, ticket sales, and the help of generous sponsors.
But this time, it’s been harder to secure financial partners, and hotel pre-payments have become a challenge — especially since most ticket sales usually come in during the final months before the event.
So we’re trying something different this year:
a community crowdfunding model.
How It Works
🎟️ Our goal is to sell 50 tickets by January 1st, 2026.
💰 These tickets are offered at a 30% Super Early-Bird discount — the lowest price you’ll ever see until the conference.
📅 If we reach 50 tickets, the conference will officially take place on September 25–28, 2026 (3-nights, all inclusive), in Antalya.
❌ If we don’t, the event will be cancelled, and all payments will be fully refunded via Stripe or bank transfer — no deductions, no hidden fees.
For Speakers & Sponsors
Once the crowdfunding goal is reached, we’ll officially announce the 2026 Conference on January 2nd, and will contact selected speakers to reimburse accommodation costs directly (as we’ve done in past years for accommodation).
You can trust that our speaker support packages will remain at least equal to those from 2025.
If you later become a confirmed sponsor, we’ll deduct the ticket cost from your sponsorship package total, your early support won’t go to waste.

The Hotel
We can’t announce the hotel yet, as we need the initial pre-funding to confirm the booking.
But here’s our promise: The 2026 venue will match (or exceed) the standard of our 2025 hotel, Baia Lara — a 5-star, all-inclusive setting that keeps the spirit of our past editions alive: sea, sunshine, and great conversations. 🌴
