This November, we quietly planted a new seed under the Search ’n Stuff umbrella: SnS Salon – an invite-only retreat for people who are tired of conference “performance” and want the real story of what worked in 2025. It wasn’t a conference, a workshop, or a networking dinner; it was an experience built around honest conversations, shared thinking, and genuine curiosity.

For four days in Antalya, a small group of practitioners we deeply respect – Giulia Panozzo, Tamara Novitović, Mert Oğuz, Onur Zeybek, Yağmur Şimşek and Begüm Kaya – came together not to present, but to explore. We co-worked, debated, questioned each other’s approaches, and shared not just results and frameworks, but frustrations, failed experiments and the kind of lessons that never make it to LinkedIn or polished slides. With the support of Marriott Executive Apartments Antalya, Özpınarlar Turizm Grubu, StudioHawk and Düzey Turizm, we had the space for slower thinking, deeper listening and meaningful conversations.

SnS Salon: 2025 Insights: What We Learned in Search is the long-form outcome of that week: a practitioner-led report on what actually worked in SEO in 2025 (and what we stopped doing), shaped by real client environments, real risk, and real constraints.
